FRANCE: from 7 EUR
EUROPE: from 15 EUR
WORLD: from 20 EUR
In-stock items ship out 3-4 business days after the order is placed. (During high intensity periods it can take 7-8 days before your order is shipped)
Delivery takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.
You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48hours for the first scan to appear, so please be do not be alarmed if your package isn't immediately "in transit".
We hope you'll love your order, but if it is not quite right, simply notify our team at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order to start a return, our team will assist you.
Kindly ensure to return your item with all the tags attached in the original packaging, returns may not be accepted if the tags have been removed, if the item has been soiled or damaged in any way.
We kindly inform you that shipping costs for returning items are at your own expense, we thus strongly advise that purchases are returned via a tracked and signed service
TAXES & DUTIES
Please note that orders outside EU may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country of delivery.
If you require further information regarding import duty and taxes, please contact your local authority for information and guidance. To comply with European export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’.
We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
Please be aware that because of the “pre-sale” nature of such transactions, you should expect a wait period of approximately four weeks between the date you place your order and the date that the product is ready for shipment. The estimated delivery window will be noted on the product page of the respective item.
Please note that the shipping window on the product page is an estimate, while we strive to ship all orders within the estimated window, in some cases there may be a small delay.

Sales on pre-ordered items are final and we cannot accept any cancellations or returns unless the item is not as described.
In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect items, you must inform us via email within 48 hours of receiving the items with all the details and evidence. We will review your submission and if we are satisfied that the item you received is different to your order or it has been damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund your order where appropriate.
